DieTech N.A. has the ability to 3D scan die components and/or finish panels, and make alterations to this data. This data is then recompiled, and sent to our Machining department for 2D and/or 3D cutting. The finish panel is then 3D scanned and compared to a computer generated, 3D solid model, of the same panel. The result is a clean, real world finish, that is well within tolerance specification demanded by our customers.
Class “A” Morphing and Engineering Work
As it pertains to morphing of class “A” surfaces, DieTech NA has the ability to retain a tight tolerance to product. The other engineering services that DieTech NA offers are Trim Changes, Margin moves, and Pierce Hole moves. These engineering services are what DieTech NA does to ensure compliance with final product for our customers.
DieTech NA Engineering work can also provide well documented power point presentations for different revisions of product, die design, and die machine files. To ensure that all requested changes will be machined into the required materials.
